Warehouse Manager

Overview Our client in Essex County, NJ is looking to hire a bilingual English/Spanish Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities Direct and coordinate all warehouse operations to ensure they are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Establish and enforce protocols for inventory control, shipping/receiving, and upkeep of the warehouse. Monitor and manage inventory flow and stock accuracy to maintain optimal levels. Build and sustain strong working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers. Oversee the maintenance and timely repair of all warehouse machinery and tools. Lead and support warehouse personnel through training, supervision, and performance evaluations. Uphold and implement safety standards and programs to maintain a secure work environment. Work cross-functionally with departments like Sales to align warehouse functions with broader business goals. Identify and mitigate workplace hazards, ensure regulatory compliance, and report concerns to management. Perform additional tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Solid understanding of warehouse systems, logistics, and facility maintenance. Knowledgeable in safety standards and compliance regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
