Location: Kansas (Multiple locations – Wichita, Topeka, Olathe, Overland Park)**
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Workplace Type: On-site / Hybrid / Remote
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience) + Full-Time Benefits

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Kansas. Our organization is passionate about delivering evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful, lasting change in children’s lives.

Schedule & Work Expectations:

• 40 hours per week
• • 30 billable hours
  • 10 non-billable hours
• Bonus opportunities available for billing beyond 30 hours/week
• Availability until 8:00 PM CST at least 3 evenings per week to support client needs
• Scheduling support provided by our administrative team to ensure feasibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and update treatment goals as clinically appropriate
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards , state regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and managing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Genuine passion for helping children and families thrive.
