OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate group therapists to join our team. OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment. Our practice aims to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff. Responsibilities: The group psychotherapist will participate in OMH’s integrated care team model, collaborating with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. OMH values interdisciplinary collaboration to provide the highest level of care. Schedule Flexibility: Daytime and evening group leadership roles available. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with potential weekend or evening sessions. Focus on providing group therapy; there are no additional on-call responsibilities. Our support team manages billing, collections, and messaging, allowing clinicians to focus solely on patient care. Benefits: Full-time clinicians are eligible for medical benefits.
