ESE Program Specialist (Grant/Special Funding)

Job Description:

Position Goal: The primary goal of this position is to manage and oversee the ESE program, ensuring compliance with grant and special funding requirements.

Essential Performance Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate ESE program activities.
• Ensure adherence to grant and special funding guidelines.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in special education or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience with grant management and special funding programs.

Significant Contacts:

• Frequent contact with school administrators and special education staff.
• Periodic contact with funding agencies and grant reviewers.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform duties in a classroom and office environment.

Terms of Employment:

• Exempt position.
• Work calendar: 196 days.
