Position Overview

We are hiring a Slipsheet Forklift Operator to support our production and distribution operations. This role is responsible for safely moving finished goods and raw materials using a forklift equipped with a push/pull (slipsheet) attachment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution setting.

Pay is $18-$20/hr.

Shift is 7:00am-3:30pm

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate slipsheet (push/pull) forklift to transport products between production lines, storage areas, and shipping docks
  • Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments using slipsheets
  • Supply production lines with materials and remove finished goods in a timely manner
  • Verify product counts, labels, and shipment accuracy
  • Stage and organize inventory for distribution and shipment
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues
  • Follow all company safety standards and OSHA regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
  • Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to meet daily output goals

Qualifications

  • Valid Slipsheet (push/pull) forklift certification is required
  • Experience in a production, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred
  • Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire
