Tax Operations Manager

Managing the Company's day-to-day tax operations and compliance, the full-time remote Tax Operations Manager will oversee tax functions, ensure timely filings, and collaborate with various departments to provide tax guidance on new products and business activities. Key responsibilities Own the Company's tax function and compliance calendar, ensuring accurate filings and serving as the primary liaison with external tax advisors Manage multistate indirect tax compliance and maintain the Company's state nexus and filing obligations Coordinate federal, state, and local income tax compliance, including data collection and return preparation with external partners Required qualifications Six or more years of progressive corporate tax or public accounting experience Strong multistate indirect-tax and general tax-operations experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or taxation Experience with e-commerce, subscription services, and Canadian operations preferred NetSuite and tax-compliance platform experience preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
