A hospital in Johnson City, NY is seeking two experienced Pharmacists on a contract basis to support their pharmacy team. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper usage.

- Monitor patients' drug therapies and provide recommendations to minimize adverse effects.
