POSITION OVERVIEW
This physician will provide comprehensive inpatient care while serving as Core Faculty for a Family Medicine Residency Program. Responsibilities include caring for general medical and surgical patients, working within an open ICU environment, participating in surgical co-management, and providing resident and medical student education with strong specialist support readily available. :contentReference[oaicite:1]index=1

Key Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient Hospitalist services
• Manage approximately 18 patients per day
• Teach and mentor Family Medicine residents
• Participate in medical student education
• Manage patients in an open ICU environment
• Provide surgical co-management
• Collaborate with specialists across multiple disciplines
• Maintain timely clinical documentation while delivering high-quality patient care

COMPENSATION
• Approximately $135/hour based on experience
• Higher compensation available for experienced physicians
• Quarterly Incentive Opportunity

• 7-On / 7-Off Rotation
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Full-Time Hospitalist Position

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Ability to Practice Inpatient Hospital Medicine REQUIRED
• Comfortable Managing an Open ICU REQUIRED

• Interest in Resident Education and Mentorship REQUIRED
• Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills REQUIRED
