PMax/Google Ads Product Marketing Manager

TypeContractExperience-1Job Description:We're looking for a proactive, collaborative activation lead to join our Global Product Go-To-Market team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the global strategy to drive accelerated adoption of our AI-powered performance and mid-funnel advertising products, and in implementing strategies to address blockers of adoption (i.e. brand suitability). Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, stakeholders, you'll bring commercialization strategies to life, ensuring successful market activation, strong operational rigor and insights-driven decision-making.Responsibilities:Implement go-to-market strategies to maximize the adoption and success of our AI-powered performance & mid-funnel solutions among clients and agencies.Collaborate with advertiser and agency sales teams, providing them with product knowledge and resources to empower them to effectively position and sell our AI-powered solutions.Partner with regional GTM teams to align on strategies and share best practices.Conduct ongoing performance analysis, identifying trends, challenges, and success stories. Work with Product Solutions teams to champion the needs of GCAS, ensuring their inclusion in product roadmaps.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or advertising technology.Knowledge AI-powered performance or mid-funnel advertising products (i.e. Broad Match, PMax, DemandGen).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.Strong collaborator with success building relationships with cross-functional partners.Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to analyze performance trends to deliver actionable insights.Strong operational rigor with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive/track progress.Skills:Experience working in a global context.Familiarity with brand suitability.Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
