Work Environment

This role will operate primarily within our busy surgical center, where you will work closely with both our healthcare providers and support staff in a positive and energetic environment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing essential healthcare to our community. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including taking detailed medical histories and performing physical examinations to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Administer vaccines and prescribed medications while providing patient education on preventive health strategies and lifestyle modifications.
• Manage chronic health conditions, coordinating referrals to specialty care when necessary to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for accurate and efficient documentation, promoting continuity and quality of care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practices and local health outcomes.
• Promote preventive care measures, fostering a culture focused on wellness and proactive health management.
• Deliver empathetic and culturally sensitive patient care, building strong interpersonal relationships with patients and their families.
• Ensure adherence to all ethical and legal standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits
