We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner who shares our commitment to excellence, empathy, and patient-centered care.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner position located in Houston. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with our physician and clinical team to provide comprehensive gynecologic and wellness care in a high-touch outpatient setting. We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in women’s health with warm bedside manners, strong clinical judgment, and a passion for caring for women.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting comprehensive gynecologic evaluations, wellness visits, and routine checkups.
• Performing comprehensive physical exams, diagnosing conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Managing patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
• Developing individualized hormone replacement therapy (HRT) recommendations and treatment plans.
• Prescribing medications and managing ongoing patient care.
• Performing and interpreting ultrasounds.
• Providing weight loss consultations and wellness counseling.
• Educating patients on preventive health, lifestyle modifications, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation using eClinicalWorks EMR.
• Collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
• Building long-term, trusted relationships with patients through attentive and compassionate care.

Qualifications:

• Strong patient care skills, including conducting comprehensive physical exams, diagnosing conditions, and creating treatment plans.
• Experience in women’s health, including gynecologic care and women’s wellness management.
• Experience caring for patients in perimenopause and menopause strongly preferred.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy and ultrasound interpretation preferred.
• Proficiency in patient education, health promotion, and lifestyle counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting with strong attention to detail and patient needs.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Previous experience in obstetrics and gynecology or a related women’s health specialty preferred.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred; training available.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are a plus.
