Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an early morning opening role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys starting the day with structure, supporting smooth daily operations, and helping create a welcoming experience for customers and teammates.
What You’ll Do- Open the location at the start of the day and complete opening procedures accurately and on time
- Prepare work areas, equipment, and supplies for the day ahead
- Review daily priorities and communicate important information to the team
- Ensure the space is clean, organized, and ready for business
- Provide friendly, professional support to customers and colleagues
- Complete basic administrative or operational tasks as needed
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Report any issues, maintenance needs, or supply shortages promptly
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working early morning hours
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work style
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
- Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, warehouse, food service, or similar environment
- Experience handling opening duties or opening shifts
- Basic familiarity with point-of-sale systems, equipment, or workplace tools, depending on the setting
- The location is open and ready for business on schedule
- Opening tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
