Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts to meet and exceed sales targets

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business clients

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and networking

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction

Monitor account performance, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations

Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or a related field

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize effectively

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Must be based in or willing to commute to the Milwaukee, WI area
