Leadership in Training: Fast-Track to Store GM
Green Thumb Industries (GTI)
Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Leader in Training to support the dispensary leadership team by supervising daily operations, communicating priorities to staff, and optimizing the customer journey. You will rotate through critical dispensary functions to gain subject matter expertise, advancing on a fast track toward an Assistant General Manager role. You’ll participate in on-duty shifts, drive team performance, monitor inventory accuracy, and uphold security and regulatory standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Thumb Industries (GTI)
