Director of Digital & Marketing EMEA

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a Director of Digital & Marketing EMEA to lead the region's digital and marketing strategy, driving commercial performance, strengthening our market position and ensuring our hotels maximise every digital opportunity available to them., The Director of Digital & Marketing EMEA is responsible for the strategic direction of Aimbridge's digital and marketing activity across the region. Reporting into the senior leadership team, this role sits at the heart of our commercial strategy, shaping how digital capability, marketing services and brand activity contribute to business performance, owner value and long-term growth. Working closely with commercial, operational and revenue leaders, you will ensure our hotels are positioned to compete effectively in an increasingly digital marketplace. Through a combination of digital acquisition, ecommerce, CRM, content strategy and performance marketing, you will lead initiatives that increase visibility, generate demand and drive measurable commercial outcomes across the portfolio. You will lead a talented team of digital and marketing professionals, creating the environment, capability and direction needed to deliver best-in-class marketing services to our hotels. Alongside portfolio performance, you will oversee the continued development of Aimbridge's digital ecosystem, identifying opportunities to leverage technology, data and innovation to improve effectiveness, strengthen competitive advantage and support future growth. The role also leads Aimbridge's B2B marketing strategy across EMEA, enhancing our visibility with hotel owners, investors and developers, strengthening our market reputation and supporting the continued growth of the business. You'll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring marketing activity remains aligned with commercial priorities while maintaining the highest standards of brand integrity and stakeholder engagement. We're looking for an experienced commercial leader with a strong background in digital and marketing strategy, together with the ability to translate ambition into measurable business results. You will bring significant experience leading digital, ecommerce or marketing functions within a complex, multi-site organisation and will be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. You will understand how to build high-performing teams, influence senior stakeholders and use insight, data and market intelligence to inform decision making and drive performance. Whilst experience within hospitality, travel or leisure would be advantageous, we're equally interested in leaders who can bring fresh thinking and transferable expertise from other customer-focused sectors. Most importantly, you'll combine commercial acumen with curiosity, innovation and a passion for developing people and building capability.
