Total Staffing Solutions, powered by Total Talent Resources, is hiring a Water Stacker for a growing water manufacturing company in Woodridge, IL. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment with long-term career potential.
We are seeking a Water Stacker responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing finished product while supporting production line operations and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Water Stacker Responsibilities:
- Stack finished water products onto pallets accurately and efficiently
- Monitor products for quality issues and damaged packaging
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
- Assist production operators and line leads as needed
- Wrap and prepare pallets for warehouse storage or shipment
- Replenish packaging materials on the production line
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals
- Comply with safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Support sanitation and housekeeping duties as assigned
- Report food safety and food quality concerns to authorized personnel immediately
Water Stacker Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Comfortable working extended shifts in a manufacturing environment
Important Dress Code & GMP Rules:
- Full-length pants required (no shorts)
- No tank tops, crop tops, cut-off shirts, or t-shirts
- No earrings, necklaces, or facial piercings
- Only plain wedding bands allowed (no stones)
- No fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish
- No food or drinks allowed on the production floor
- Water bottles and water coolers are provided onsite
