We offer flexible shift options, including: Weekdays (M-F) Opening Shifts (6:40AM - 1:00PM and 6:40AM - 3:00PM) Closing Shifts (1:00PM - 9:20PM and 3:00PM - 9:20PM) Weekends (S-S) Opening Shift (7:40AM - 1:30PM) Closing Shift (1:30PM - 8:20PM) Shift selection is flexible! We will discuss your availability when interviewing. What You’ll Be Doing Confidently sell memberships in a commission-based environment Engage and follow up with leads using our CRM Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas and Perspire memberships Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments Give studio tours and answer guest inquiries Create a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all members Turn over and sanitize sauna rooms between sessions Maintain and organize the towel supply area What We’re Looking For A positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping people A team player who loves engaging with others A reliable and dependable work ethic (strong attendance history required) Evening and/or weekend availability is required If you’re looking for a rewarding, fun, and flexible work environment where you can grow and thrive, we’d love to meet you!
