HVAC Install Manager

Project Scheduling & Coordination Collaborate with the sales team and install coordinator to schedule projects that align with company revenue and efficiency goals. Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure deadlines are met. Coach, mentor, and develop lead installers and apprentices. Conduct ride-alongs, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company standards and best practices. Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Review material lists and verify accuracy of job costing sheets prior to installation. Track labor hours, materials, and overall job profitability. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Customer Service & Quality Assurance Handle client concerns in a timely and professional manner. Conduct site visits to confirm quality of work and customer satisfaction. Ensure installations meet or exceed industry standards and local codes. Technical Knowledge Apply expertise in HVAC systems, with an emphasis on ductwork design (preferred but not required). Assist field teams with troubleshooting installation challenges as needed. Requirements Valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred). Pass background check. A minimum of 4‑5 years’ experience in installation of diverse HVAC equipment. Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices, codes, and safety requirements. Detail‑oriented and highly organized. Proficient in computer programs (e.g., ServiceTitan, Microsoft Office). Strong communication and leadership skills. Customer service oriented.
