Position Summary We’re seeking a clinically experienced and tech‑savvy Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our dynamic team at healthPrecision. You will work at the forefront of digital health innovation, collaborating on the development, implementation, and real‑time optimization of our AI‑powered clinical decision support platform – The Medical Brain . The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in emergency medicine or family medicine, experience in triage or clinical workflows, and a passion for leveraging AI to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. They should have a strong aptitude for clinical reasoning and be comfortable developing, and refining clinical decision logic. Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical Logic Development Collaborate with the medical team to design, build, and refine the decision pathways logic. Translate evidence‑based guidelines and triage protocols into structured logic. Ensure clinical soundness, safety, and alignment with real‑world workflows. 2. Real‑Time Clinical Monitoring Monitor live patient engagement and system performance. Identify potential clinical risks or deviations in real‑time and elevate as needed. Provide timely clinical oversight to ensure patient safety and accuracy of outputs. 3. AI Optimization & Model Implementation Participate in the design and tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) integrated into our platform. Review and analyze model outputs for clinical appropriateness. Help implement safety guardrails and model training pipelines from a clinical perspective. Minimum Qualifications Advanced Practice Nurse (NP/APN) with 3+ years of clinical experience, especially in triage, urgent care or family medicine. Deep understanding of patient assessment, triage workflows, and evidence‑based care. Comfort working with digital tools and AI models. Passion for innovation and improving healthcare delivery using technology. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams. Ability to work in a startup environment and adapt to rapid iterations. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with clinical informatics, quality improvement, or digital health tools. Familiarity with AI concepts, especially Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience in healthcare innovation, healthtech, or applying technology to improve clinical workflows.
