Inpatient Psychiatric Resource Nurse
Scripps Health
Scripps Health is seeking a Psychiatric Resource Nurse (PRN) at the San Diego facility to support the nursing team with patients in behavioral health care. The role focuses on clinical rounds, safety, de-escalation, and coordination with psychiatrists and case management to ensure individualized patient care plans.
The position requires strong Therapeutic communication, understanding of involuntary holds (LPS) and related medications, and collaborative care delivery within inpatient units.
