Our ideal candidate creates an awesome experience for our customers, while serving up ridiculously tasty food at an East Coast pace, paying careful attention to preparation and presentation and ensuring the restaurant is so clean it shines. We're looking for people that: * Thrive in a fast-paced environment * Are positive and friendly to customers and colleagues * Take pride in their work * Are adaptable to adjustments * Have a sense of urgency * Go the extra mile to provide awesome customer service * Pay attention to details * Are clean freaks * Want to be part of a kick-ass, growing team * Excel at motivating colleagues * Have good time management skills The job in a nutshell: * Be knowledgeable of ingredients, menu and processes * Hold guests at highest priority * Take and create orders * Pay careful attention to preparation and presentation of food * Replenish food in serving stations * Ensure restaurant is clean and fully stocked at all times * Use our point of sale register * Assist in prepping food in compliance with our procedures * Help coach/train colleagues * Delegate work during shifts * Assist manager in running the operations of the store Requirements: * Must be available to work weekends and holidays (except Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter) * Restaurant supervisor role experience; Fast-casual restaurant experience a plus * Food handler or ServSafe certificate Cool stuff you should know * We're a woman-owned business * We take our business seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously * Our employee discount and damn good food will have you a fan of Hawaiian cuisine in no time! * We pay more than minimum wage Website: Company Description From the moment you take a step into one of our spots, you can expect Hawaiian taste at an East Coast pace.
