CNC Machinist III are highly skilled professionals responsible for advanced machining operations, mentoring others, and contributing to technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires leadership, deep technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Expertly operate and troubleshoot HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines across various part families.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in safety, quality, and SOP compliance.
* Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex machining or process issues.
* Champion 6S workplace practices and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead root-cause analysis in collaboration with engineers and team leaders when technical issues arise.
* Mentor and train junior machinists, supporting skill development and team knowledge transfer.
* Recommend process optimizations and support pilot runs or new setups as needed.

* 8+ years of CNC machining experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
* Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and CNC programming basics.
* Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, setups, and precision adjustments.
* Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.

* Moving Objects/Lifting/Carrying: Frequently moves, transports, or positions materials, involving exertion up to 10 pounds occasionally or negligible amounts frequently; trunk strength for repeated support.

* Repetitive Motions: Performs repetitive actions continually or almost continually (48% of the time), often involving prolonged sitting or standing with repetitive arm/leg use.
