Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Overview Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., a long-established and highly regarded Winter Park law firm, seeks an experienced real estate litigation attorney. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in real estate litigation, including all phases of legal disputes such as filings, discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; taking and defending depositions and advocating in state and federal court. The candidate must be conscientious, detail-oriented, and have strong organizational, analytical, and drafting skills. This role requires the ability to handle a high volume of work, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision. This is an opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic real estate litigation practice. No portable business is required, but a plus. Candidate must be a member of the Florida bar. Responsibilities Prepare and manage all phases of real estate litigation, including filings, discovery, pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. Take and defend depositions; advocate in state and federal court. Handle a high volume of work with strong organizational and time-management skills; work independently with minimal supervision.
