Position Summary
As an Architectural Drafter, you will work on residential architectural projects from concept through completion while maintaining a high level of quality on all assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Documentation:
- Draft architectural designs and prepare construction documents (elevations, foundations, floor plans, electrical plans, roof plans, and sections).
- Prepare architectural details and specifications.
- Review drawings for accuracy and code compliance.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain schedules and meet production deadlines.
- Maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.
Client & Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Architectural Drafting Manager as needed on shared client/project work and to ensure drafting requirements and standards are met for each client.
- Maintain timely and professional communication throughout all project phases.
