You'll apply and finish stucco, plaster, and specialty coatings on residential and commercial projects, ensuring durable, high-quality surfaces that meet our standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities Apply base coats, finish coats, and textures to interior and exterior surfaces Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and priming as needed Mix and match stucco/plaster materials to specification Work with crew leads to maintain schedules and quality standards Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements Requirements 2+ years of stucco, plaster, or EIFS finishing experience Experience with hand and spray application techniques Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Qualifications Stucco or plaster certification Experience with synthetic and acrylic finishes OSHA-10 certification Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Moorhouse Coating
