Tell us about the unit(s):

· Number of Beds -10 LDR/3triage/2 OR suites

· Number of Staff – 30 RNs

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 1 Charge/2 LDR/ 1Nursery

o Night Shift – 1Charge/2LDR/1Nursery

· Patient Ratios – 2Laboring/1RN

· Type of equipment – GE monitoring/Novii Wireless/Spectrum IV Pumps/CADD epidural PCA

· EMR –Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : 

· NRP

· BLS

Preferred or nice to have : 

· Intermediate Fetal Monitoring

· ACLS

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   

· Inductions

· C/S/SVD

Best personality Fit:

· Great communication skills

· Friendly
