Schedule/Hours Travel assignment Education and non-productive hours for Float Pool nurses; unit assignments vary Key Responsibilities Deliver coordinated nursing care to individual patients or groups following established care standards and the nursing process. Supervise and direct other nursing staff, delegating appropriately and ensuring seamless care. Collect and analyze patient data to inform diagnoses and care interventions. Develop individualized care plans and implement evidence-based interventions. Monitor patient progress and adjust care to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to foster a safe and caring environment. Educate patients, families, and colleagues, providing clear health information and supporting learning opportunities. Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
