QA Engineer

Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $57hr - $62hr

Responsibilities:

• Understand and articulate business and technical problems addressed by the application under test.
• Break down complex requirements into clear and testable scenarios.
• Define testing strategy, master test plan, and overall test schedules.
• Drive testing across Component, Integration, UAT, and Production phases.
• Set the direction and tone for quality delivery across multiple teams.
• Identify test data requirements and create mock or synthetic test data as needed.
• Support automation testing initiatives and framework implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead testing strategy across large-scale programs.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, IBM RFT, or similar automation tools.
• Experience in Vibe coding.
• Working knowledge of Python libraries including Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven, transparent, and quality-focused mindset.
• Strong leadership capabilities in quality assurance initiatives.

Qualification And Education:

• Extensive experience in software testing and test automation.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
