Customer Service Agent - Flexible Schedule - Remote

We are currently looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join a growing organization that has been serving families for more than 65 years. Responsibilities Assist customers by providing clear information about available products and services Respond to questions regarding coverage and account details Help clients understand their available options Maintain current knowledge of company programs, products, and services Review client needs and provide appropriate information Maintain accurate records and complete follow-up when required Deliver a professional and positive customer experience Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong written and verbal communication skills What We’re Looking For We are looking for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and interested in professional growth.
