Job Description Job Description Pediatric Dental Assistant Level 1 We are a family-oriented, independently owned pediatric dental office that has proudly served our community for nearly 30 years! We are seeking skilled and compassionate assistants to join our team as Dental Assistant Level 1 with a pathway to becoming Dental Assistant 2. The ideal candidates should enjoy working with children, and be an engaged and willing learner, provide exceptional patient care, and have great customer service skills. Locations 11309 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, Florida 32825 7250 Red Bug Lake Road, Oviedo, Florida 32765 Our team works two or three days each week at each office location because the office that is not being staffed on a given day is closed, all team members rotate between both locations as part of their regular schedule. Responsibilities Greet and seat pediatric patients, helping create a positive and comfortable dental experience. Prepare, disinfect, and organize treatment rooms. Provide clerical assistance. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. On the Job Training - accumulate training hours and skills towards certification and Dental Assistant 2 status, ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and office policies, assist with inventory management and operatory organization.
