JOB SUMMARY

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Type: Part-time, 36 hours per 2 week pay period

Typical hours: Evening Shift

Education:

- High School Diploma- required

Certifications & Licensures:

- BLS within 90 days of hire- required

Experience:

- Previous phlebotomy, clerical and/or computer experience- preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
