Fork Lift Operator

Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks while following proper handling procedures.
- Receive, put away, and stage pallets for outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and product counts.
- Inspect equipment before each shift and report maintenance concerns.
- Follow all safety, food safety, and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work effectively with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or willingness to complete company training.
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
