Now Hiring: Rubber Press Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift | Rootstown, OH Express Employment Professionals – Akron

???? About the Role:

Join a growing team in Rootstown, Ohio as a Rubber Press Operator . This hands-on role involves operating molding machinery to produce high-quality rubber products. If you're detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

???? Starting Pay: $16.00/hour ???? Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 5am-3pm Mon-Thurs OT on Friday occasionally available
2nd Shift: 3pm-1am Mon-Thurs OT on Friday occasionally available

???? Key Responsibilities:

Load raw rubber materials into molding presses
Operate machinery according to production schedules and work orders
Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times during molding process
Visually inspect finished products for defects and report issues
Safely load/unload materials and finished goods using manual tools
Perform other related duties as assigned

Ability to identify subtle defects and maintain product consistency
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 25–50 lbs
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid math and written communication abilities
Efficient multitasking and time management
Creative problem-solving mindset
