Mercy One Elkader Medical Center is a 25-bed critical access hospital. It provides 24/7 emergency care and is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center, ensuring timely treatment for urgent needs. The hospital is known for its personalized, family-oriented approach to care, serving the rural Clayton County community and surrounding areas. Here's How It Works Earn up to $2,000 monthly stipend while you finish the last 9 months of your RN education. MercyOne will reimburse your board and licensure fees. Once you have your licensure, start your career with MercyOne! Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited registered nursing program. Must pass boards within 6 months of graduation. Must sign the Program Agreement and return before any payments are processed. Candidates must work for at least 18 months post licensure.
