Sales Consultant, Foot and Ankle - Los Angeles, CA - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Foot and Ankle Sales Consultant for the Los Angeles territory to drive growth in the DePuy Synthes orthopedic product portfolio. The role involves building clinical relationships with surgeons, supporting surgical cases, and achieving sales targets within an assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Foot and Ankle product portfolio and competitive landscape; educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product utilization
• Acquire new accounts and expand sales with existing customers; establish and maintain clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators
• Provide on-call support and presence during surgical cases; perform field calls and territory visits as needed
• Manage inventory, equipment, and promotional materials; ensure timely product delivery and accurate customer invoicing
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Trauma partners on business planning and market strategy to achieve financial targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience, or Associate degree, or Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years orthopedic/trauma/foot-ankle experience
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in hospital settings
• Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to relocate to Los Angeles territory
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship building and business acumen skills
• Ability to work independently and in matrix team structures
• Willingness to travel as needed; must pass background investigation including driving record review
