Travel Hospice RN: Regional Support & Impact

Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Hospice RN – Regional Support to provide direct patient care and support families while serving as a floating clinician across branches based on census needs. Travel is required and on-call duties are part of the role.

You will deliver high-quality nursing care, implement individualized plans of care, educate families, and collaborate with physicians and the care team. Travel and on-call duties are required.
