Department Bio Position Specific Summary
The CLRE Front Desk Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and customer
service inquiries to the department. They will be expected to manage the living inbox,
answer incoming calls, and in-person interactions with students, staff and the GW
community. Database management and input into various tech systems. Communicates
on a regular basis with CLRE staff by completing daily shift reports; participates in staff and individual meetings with CLRE Professional Staff. They will also be responsible for managing blue cart and supply rental check in/out. Standard Position Description

Tasks may include: greeting visitors, responding to in person, phone, email inquiries, provide customer service to other students, faculty, and staff; direct inquiries to the appropriate resources as needed; and assist with other office tasks.
