Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines.

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in textile manufacturing, upholstery, or production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines.
• Read and interpret work orders, patterns, or instructions to determine sewing requirements.
• Measure, cut, and align materials accurately before sewing.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines, such as cleaning and oiling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Sewing Machine Operator or similar role. Familiarity with industrial sewing machines. Ability to read and follow technical instructions, patterns, or blueprints. Strong attention to detail and precision in sewing.
