Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis

We are conducting a search for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis on behalf of a multi-site healthcare platform scaling through both organic growth and acquisition activity. This role reports to the CFO and serves as the senior financial planning leader across the enterprise. The VP of FP&A will own the budget, forecast, and the financial decision support that informs both operating and strategic decisions across the platform. Key Responsibilities Own enterprise FP&A including the annual budget, quarterly forecast, long-range plan, and the monthly close and reporting cycle Lead the financial modeling and analysis for M&A diligence, integration, and post-close performance tracking against deal model Partner with the CFO, CEO, and operating leadership on the financial decision support that drives both operating and strategic decisions Build and develop the FP&A team including financial analysts, business partners, and functional finance leads Drive financial discipline across the operating functions including budget accountability, variance analysis, and ROI tracking on major investments Serve as the senior FP&A voice in board, sponsor, and lender reporting cycles What You Bring 12+ years in finance and FP&A leadership including prior VP FP&A or Director of FP&A in a PE‑backed or multi‑site environment Track record in healthcare services or multi‑site services platform strongly preferred Strong financial modeling, planning, and analytics skills Prior PE‑backed or institutionally‑owned company experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA preferred U.S.-based with willingness to travel as needed Compensation: $225K-$325K base + annual bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr DSD Recruitment
