- A minimum of 4 years' District Management experience, currently in the QSR industry, is required.
- A BS/MA in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, and federal and state employment laws.
- Demonstrated success in financial management and people development.
- Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully perform all job duties of all positions in the restaurant.
