Physical Therapist Assistant

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide quality rehabilitation services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities:
- Assist with individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, gait training, and functional activities.
- Monitor patient response and report progress to the Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on exercises and safe mobility techniques.
- Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active PTA license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises.
- Excellent patient-care and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Strong observation and documentation skills.
- Ability to follow treatment plans accurately.
- Good teamwork and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
