Real Estate Consultant – Public Institutions (PI) Group San Antonio, TX (On‑site) Job Responsibilities Advise JLL team leads and Department of Defense clients on all aspects of large‑scale P3 projects, including operational management, real estate finance, and legal document compliance. Prepare and support recurring client reports, including quarterly asset performance reports, compliance reports, property operations reports, and account status reports. Provide ad‑hoc support to JLL team leads and clients, such as drafting technical memos, preparing briefing materials, investigating operational issues, and conducting financial analysis. Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data. Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, financial reports, and operating plans as part of due‑diligence processes, negotiations, and restructures. Participate in on‑site assessments of property operations. Assist in client training sessions. Maintain the financial database and document management website. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, public policy, or a related field (preferred). 0–3 years of work experience (preferred). Knowledge of real estate operations and property management (preferred). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and GIS. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentation development, and public speaking. Basic knowledge of real estate finance, such as budget analysis and pro‑forma development. Demonstrated ability to solve problems, multitask, and work in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to travel nationally approximately 25% of the time.
