Accounts Receivable Assistant

Clow is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Assistant to provide part-time support to our accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible schedule and meaningful work in a professional manufacturing environment.

In this role, you'll help keep our invoicing and payment processes running smoothly while working alongside an experienced Accounts Receivable team. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and taking pride in accurate work, we'd like to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Assist with customer invoicing to ensure invoices are accurate and sent on time.
• Post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare daily deposits and enter checks for EDI.
• Enter invoices and related information into customer websites and portals.
• Monitor customer accounts and assist with follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Communicate with customers and respond to routine questions regarding invoices and payments.
• Assist with various accounting projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company financial information.

Requirements

Previous accounting, Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Strong data entry and 10-key skills.

Eligible to work in the United States.
