Job Title: Travel RN - Telemetry Nurse (Tele)

Department/Unit: Telemetry Unit

Salary Range: $40 to $55 per hour

Shift: Night Shift

Duration: 13 weeks (Contract)

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for the Telemetry Unit in Portland, Oregon. This role is critical for providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac and other medical conditions requiring continuous monitoring.

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and cardiac rhythms, identifying any changes or abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
