As an Occupational Therapist , you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals of all ages overcome physical, mental, and emotional challenges that may prevent them from participating in everyday activities. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients' needs
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
• Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team , creating life-changing outcomes for patients
• Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and the community

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid OH state license
• Ability to work flexible hours , including weekends if needed ⏰
• Experience in acute care, long-term care , or rehabilitation is a bonus, but not required! ✨️
