What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be a trusted resource for our customers across multiple channels-phone, email, messaging, and mail. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with account inquiries and transactions
• Supporting online banking and digital tools
• Processing transfers and service requests
• Providing timely, accurate, and friendly solutions
• Building strong relationships through every interaction

What You Bring

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

We're looking for:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous customer service experience
• Solid problem-solving abilities
• A professional, empathetic approach to every interaction
• Bilingual applicants preferred
