Position Overview We’re hiring a hands-on HVAC leader to manage projects from bid through completion. This role blends estimating, project management, and field leadership ideal for someone who thrives both in the office and on-site. This is a growth-focused role with the opportunity to help build and shape our HVAC division. What You’ll Do Estimating & Bidding Review plans, specs, and bid documents Perform takeoffs (equipment, duct, labor, materials) Build accurate estimates using cost data and vendor pricing Solicit/evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes Identify risks, cost savings, and value engineering options Submit bids and track results Project Management Lead projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate with GCs, design teams, and internal staff Track budgets, schedules, and job progress Manage documentation (RFIs, change orders, etc.) Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and code Field Leadership Supervise installers and apprentices Plan schedules, manpower, and workflow Track labor hours and productivity Enforce safety standards and company expectations Manage tools, materials, and equipment Train and develop team members What You Bring 2+ yrs HVAC estimating (commercial preferred) 5+ yrs HVAC installation experience Foreman or leadership experience Strong understanding of HVAC systems & installation Ability to read blueprints/mechanical drawings Estimating or project software experience Excel proficiency Knowledge of local codes & OSHA standards Valid driver’s license Strong communication + leadership skills Work Environment Split between office and field Active job site involvement Full-time with overtime as needed Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Hourly + overtime eligible Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO + paid holidays Tools/equipment provided Flexible schedule options Company events & team outings Advancement & leadership opportunities Why Help build a growing HVAC division Strong culture rooted in team, values, and performance Real opportunity for ownership and growth Fast-moving, supportive environment #J-18808-Ljbffr ELITE Home Trade Pros
