Job Description Job Description Auto Body Technician Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our growing collision repair team. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition, while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Perform structural and non-structural repairs on damaged vehicles Analyze damage and develop repair plans based on estimates Repair panels, frames, and components using appropriate tools and techniques Perform body filler work, sanding, and surface preparation Ensure proper alignment and fit of parts and panels Collaborate with estimators, painters, and team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications: 2+ years of auto body repair experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and tools Ability to read and interpret repair procedures and estimates Experience with frame machines and measuring systems I-CAR certification or equivalent is a plus Valid driver’s license Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Commitment to high-quality workmanship About Us: Collision Care Xpress knows that automotive repair isn’t just about fixing cars.
