Here’s what you can expect from us For our clients, you will be the first point of contact for expert advice on suitable security solutions (including network security and data centre security) You will be responsible for analysing customer needs and requirements and developing bespoke solution concepts This includes the design, implementation and maintenance of security infrastructures You will also manage projects of up to medium complexity and implement them independently In addition to providing technical support to the sales team during the pre‑sales phase and specialist support, your role also includes troubleshooting in a technically demanding environment What sets you apart You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training in the IT sector and have at least four years’ relevant professional experience in IT security You also have in‑depth knowledge and practical experience with solutions from at least two of the following vendors: Cisco Systems, Fortinet, Check Point, F5 Networks, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, Zscaler and Palo Alto Ideally, you hold a CCNP Security or Fortinet Certified Professional qualification Furthermore, you are flexible, willing to travel (approx. 20%) and able to work independently You hold a Class B driving licence Fluency in German (min. C1 level) and a good command of English (min.
