Full-Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse

Full-Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse responsible for managing patient care during surgery and ensuring a sterile environment. Works with the surgical team in Gallup, New Mexico to deliver high-quality perioperative care.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with surgical team members and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
Prepare the operating room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment
Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques
Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records
Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care
Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control policies

Qualifications:

Active RN license in New Mexico or Compact State License
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
1+ year of recent OR Circulating experience

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) Certification
